Greek Festival

Since its origin in the 1950's, the Savannah Greek Festival has been a celebrated tradition for our church and community. The annual festival features homemade Greek foods, Greek desserts, Greek dancing, Greek music, church tours, a market place, and so much more. Hosted in the St. Paul’s Hellenic Center, our festival attracts thousands of visitors each year. These visitors come to enjoy the food, shopping, music, dancing, and atmosphere of the Greek culture. The Festival is scheduled for October 5, 6, and 7, 2023. For more information on the festival please visit our festival website. Opa!

Bakaliko

The bakaliko (βακαλικό) is a meld of of kafeneio (καφενειων) or coffee shop and grocery store. In small villages throughout Greece, the bakaliko is often a focal point for the community. At St. Paul's, our bakaliko is a big part of our annual Greek Festival, featuring a wide range of traditional Greek foods, beers, and wines that are available for take-out. Products are also available for purchase throughout the year on Sundays only, while supplies last. Thank your for your patronage! Καλή όρεξη! (Kalí órexi!) Bon appetit!
